Terms & Conditions

The Platform is an introductory and facilitation platform designed to connect users with third-party service providers and/or relevant governmental or institutional stakeholders, including the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (“ADIO”). The Platform is intended to support users in submitting enquiries and obtaining potential avenues for logistics, sourcing, or related services.

7X and ADIO act solely as facilitators of introductions and coordination at a high level and do not provide, perform, or deliver any logistics, sourcing, fulfilment, or related services unless expressly agreed under a separate written agreement.

All services facilitated through the Platform are provided strictly on a best-efforts basis. 7X does not guarantee that any enquiry will be responded to, matched, or fulfilled, nor does it guarantee response times, availability of service providers, or successful outcomes.

Submission of a request through the Platform does not create any obligation on 7X or ADIO to procure, arrange, or ensure the provision of any service or solution.

7X reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether and how any enquiry is processed, including the right to allocate, route, redirect, or decline any request.

Enquiries may be referred to internal teams, ADIO, or third-party service providers based on internal criteria determined solely by 7X, and 7X shall have no obligation to ensure any particular allocation, response, or follow-up.

The Platform does not create, and shall not be construed as creating, any contractual relationship between users and any third-party service provider through 7X or ADIO. Any engagement, negotiation, or agreement arising from an introduction made through the Platform shall be strictly and exclusively between the user and the relevant third party.

7X does not conduct any verification, due diligence, or vetting of third-party service providers and makes no representation or warranty that any provider has been approved, certified, or endorsed.

Users acknowledge and agree that they must independently assess and verify the suitability, capability, licensing, and performance of any third party and shall not rely on any information, content, or introductions provided through the Platform as a guarantee of suitability, quality, or outcome, or as professional or technical advice.

All responsibility for the provision of services, including quality, compliance, delivery, and performance, rests solely with the relevant third-party provider.

Any engagement, transaction, or agreement arising from the Platform is strictly between the user and the relevant third party. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7X and ADIO shall have no involvement, responsibility, or liability in connection with such engagement, including in respect of negotiations, contractual arrangements, service delivery, performance, non-performance, or any dispute.

Users expressly agree that all use of the Platform and any resulting engagement is undertaken at their sole risk.

Services facilitated through the Platform may be subject to fees or commercial arrangements. 7X does not represent or guarantee that any services will be provided free of charge or on any particular commercial terms.

Any pricing, fees, or commercial arrangements shall be agreed directly between the user and the relevant third-party provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7X and ADIO shall have no liability whatsoever in connection with or arising from the use of the Platform or any engagement with third parties, including any loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense arising from or related to service provision, delay, failure, or dispute.

7X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic losses, including loss of profit, business, opportunity, or reputation.

To the extent that liability cannot be excluded as a matter of law, the aggregate liability of 7X shall be limited to a nominal amount to be determined.

By using the Platform, users consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of their data with relevant stakeholders, including ADIO and third-party providers, for the purpose of facilitating enquiries and potential service provision.

7X acts as an independent controller in respect of personal data processed through the Platform, unless otherwise stated.

7X may also use anonymised and aggregated data for analytics, reporting, and platform improvement purposes. All personal data shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including its content, design, functionality, and underlying technology, are and shall remain the property of 7X or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.

Users agree to use the Platform in a lawful and responsible manner and warrant that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Users shall not misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

7X reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time, including where a user breaches these Terms or where such action is necessary for legal, regulatory, operational, or reputational reasons.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. 7X makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from defects. 7X does not guarantee the availability, reliability, or performance of the Platform or any underlying systems.

The Platform may be subject to downtime, delays, maintenance, updates, or interruptions, including those caused by third-party service providers, telecommunications networks, cyber incidents, or events beyond the reasonable control of 7X. 7X reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice or liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between 7X, ADIO, users, or any third party. Nothing in these Terms shall constitute or be deemed to constitute a waiver of any applicable privileges, immunities, or protections available to 7X or any governmental or quasi-governmental entity under applicable law.

The Platform forms part of a broader national initiative aimed at supporting economic enablement and facilitating access to logistics and related services within the United Arab Emirates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
